1. General Terms

You must not use this website or our products for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

2. Products and Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions, fragrance notes, quantities, and packaging accurately. However, actual products may differ slightly due to screen settings, packaging updates, or differences between production batches.

Fragrance performance and experience may vary according to personal preference, skin chemistry, climate, and environment. Disliking a fragrance or changing your mind is not considered a product defect.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout. Prices, discounts, and promotional offers may change without prior notice.

An order is confirmed only after the applicable payment and order-verification requirements have been completed. Fraudulent or suspicious transactions may be cancelled.

4. Orders

Customers must provide an accurate name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. Al Haramain Collection will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

We may limit quantities or cancel an order due to product unavailability, payment issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an eligible prepaid order, the applicable amount will be returned through the original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Al Haramain Collection ships across India. Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 working days.

A flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies to every order. Shipping is free when you purchase two or more items. Tracking details will be shared after your order is dispatched.

Delivery may take longer during festive periods or because of unexpected courier delays, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Exchanges and Refunds

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and seals intact.

To submit a claim, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the damaged or incorrect item.

Exchanges are not available for change of mind, fragrance preference, or products that have been opened, used, altered, or returned without their original packaging. Approved exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we may provide an eligible refund through the original payment method.

7. Product Use

Products must be used according to the instructions provided on their labels or packaging. Customers with allergies or sensitive skin should perform a patch test before use.

Keep products away from the eyes, damaged skin, flames, heat sources, and children. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Al Haramain Collection will not be responsible for allergic reactions or damage caused by improper use.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, and other website content belong to Al Haramain Collection or their respective owners. This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers for payments, delivery, website hosting, and other services. Your use of these services may also be subject to the providers’ terms and privacy policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Al Haramain Collection will not be liable for indirect losses, business losses, courier delays, website interruptions, or damage caused by improper use of products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Personal information will be collected, used, and protected according to our published Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir, India, where legally permitted.
